When the coordinate thorns initialise the coordinates, the have the same 
parameter settings for all convergence levels.  They need to adjust the 
grid spacing.  E.g., CartGrid3D has a convergence factor of 2 hardcoded 
at the moment.

Other routines might want to perform a convergence test.  For that they 
need the convergence factor.
