[Developers] The name of Lorene

Looking at the web pages, the library Lorene is always called LORENE.  
However, when you download LORENE via CVS, it ends up in a directory 
called Lorene.  It has a subdirectory called Lib which contains 
liblorene.a.

We suspect that people who call a lib directory Lib have their own idea 
of upper vs. lower case, and are unsure of what to call a lORENE 
interface thorn.  Tom, you decide.
